I love stir-fry
recipes, especially when they're easy and quick to make. I decided to try my
hand at a pumpkin stir-fry recipe. It was delicious! The pumpkin is cut into
smaller pieces to cook more quickly, making this a perfect weeknight dinner.

this salad make it a perfect dish for fall. Pumpkin, chickpea quinoa, onion,
and avocado are the main ingredients of this dish that you can serve as an
entree or aside. You could do it with some chicken or fish or have a wrap.

I like the pumpkin
in this stir-fry, but you could use any meat or fish. I also like that the
pumpkin cooks more quickly than meat to do everything simultaneously.
The creaminess in
this pasta comes from puréed chestnuts and cashews that are combined with a
vegan sauce, garlic, salt and pepper for flavor. The sauce ingredients include
coconut milk, lemon juice, pumpkin purée, white wine vinegar, apple cider
vinegar and shallots. The chestnut cream is made by blending boiled or roasted
peeled chestnuts with water.
I like this recipe mainly because it is delicious! It’s also healthy
and easy to make even when you’re short on time as long as you have these
ingredients on hand.
A vegan pumpkin
chipotle chili could be made with these ingredients: canned black beans, canned
green chilies, diced tomatoes, canned pumpkin purée, onion flakes, garlic
cloves, chipotle peppers in adobe sauce (chopped), green bell pepper, green
onions (chopped), chili powder and cumin.
The ingredients
for this dish could include these spices: salt and pepper to taste. The other
ingredients are olive oil or canola oil for browning the vegetables and pumpkin
seeds for garnish.
